The Simple Happiness at Everywhere

It doesn’t needs too many words to explain the affection of family. Even if you glaze your parents, your parents have known what you want. We call it love. This love is nature and selfishness.

The love doesn’t needs too gorgeous, because the beautiful love has its end. Actually, the normal life is the best weapon to experience the love. If this love could exist a long time, this time must to be a beautiful part of life.

The friendship doesn’t need too much console. Your friends could help you when you are in trouble without any payback. We cannot forget this emotion in our whole life.

Everyone has their own life experiences. The god has arranged you to play the role when you born before. What is happiness? Actually, the happiness is around us. The simple and normal day is the best happiness. We are ordinary people now. But maybe you are not willing to be an ordinary people. You want to be rich and get what you want. When you get all of things, you finally found you have lost a lot at the same time. Facing the same things in our life, everyone may complain it. But when we think about carefully, we will found these are the happiness in the life.

When we married with the man who we love, sometimes we will say some crude words to hurt each other. At this time, we just see the shortcoming of the people, the merits are neglected. When the time is boring, we always remember the merits of each other. Life like this, when we lost we can finally found how cherish it is.

Happiness is like a nice flower, it always show us the best time. The flowers could share the beautiful to the people, why we cannot share our happiness to the others. No matter the family, love and friends, we know that are the biggest wealth in the life. How can we realize the love, if we have neither family to support us nor friends to help us?

Happiness is so simple, if you have a kind-hearted, you will feel it.

ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK BLU-RAY REVIEW

Back in 1981, a low-budget movie that starred Kurt Russell and was directed by John Carpenter (Halloween) entered the movie scene.  It was entitled Escape from New York.

Escape from New York takes place in the future (our past now) in the year 1998.  New York has been turned into a maximum-security prison; and once you go in, there is no way out.  However, by circumstances out of the President's control, his plane has gone down into New York City, and the residents there will not let anyone come in and take him out.

However, just-in-time their newest detainee for the island, Snake Plissken (Kurt Russell) is at the processing center and just happens to be the world's best undercover agent.  They offer him a pardon from being jailed in New York for the rest of his life if he recovers the President in time for the Hartford summit.

Along the way, Snake Plissken meets various types of inhabitants of the New York City prison and must deal with all the elements if he and the President will be able to escape from New York.

John Carpenter wrote the screenplay for Escape from New York back in 1976, after the Watergate Scandal.  However, no one would give him the money to create his vision; but after the success of the original Halloween in 1978, he was finally able to make his dream come true and put Snake Plissken on celluloid.

What truly makes this movie unique is how much Carpenter  was able to accomplish with such a small budget, and also make very bold predications on how the future would be if we proceed the way we are going.

The Blu-ray release of Escape from New York gives us a very clean looking AVC video transfer that will have fans drooling how well it looks on the screen as well as the DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround track pops immediately when the movie starts.  However, the one thing it truly lacks is any type of special features (aside from a DVD).  The Blu-ray does not contain the "lost opening scene" of the film, nor any commentaries or even a trailer.

While considered an amazing film by critics, Escape from New York was not a blockbuster success.  On the big screen, Escape from New York attracted a large cult following on VHS and still does today.  With the release of Escape from New York on Blu-ray, you can now get your Plissken-fix in the best quality possible.

Historic tax decrease in Sayville

SAYVILLE—Residents of the hamlet that head to the polls next Tuesday to vote for the school district’s 2016-2017 budget will get a pleasant surprise. The budget, which is $90,119,477, represents a decrease of -0.80 percent in the tax rate. For a home assessed at $40,000, the estimated school tax reduction will be about $61 a year.

“This is a first,” said Dr. Walter Schartner, superintendent of Sayville Schools, who has worked in the district for 38 years.  He explained that the savings was due to the removal of the state’s Gap Elimination Adjustment practice. “We got back our money that the state had taken away,” he said. “The board decided the community should benefit from that.” He praised Assemblyman Andrew Garbarino and Senators Tom Croci and Phil Boyle for working to abolish the GEA.

Schartner said despite a reduction in taxes, in the coming year the district would still be increasing programs for students, such as the distribution of Chrome Books for grades 6,7 and 8, and would also be adding to the special education program. Summer school, which was held last year at a BOCES facility, will be brought back to Sayville.

There will be three more Advanced Placement courses added and the district has partnered with Suffolk County Community College to allow seniors to take college courses for lesser tuition. Students would be offered placement exams for the SCCC program in the spring of their junior year and then given help with any deficits based on those results.

“We’re always looking…to offer kids the opportunity to excel, and our kids do excel,” said Schartner, who noted that the high school was once again labeled a Reward School, a symbol of excellence in education in New York.

Dr. Schartner said he is hoping that everyone turns out to vote and passes the budget this year. He said that if the budget doesn’t pass, by law it would have to go to contingency, which is set at zero percent, and that’s higher than the proposed rate. “If it doesn’t pass, taxes will go up.”

The polls will be open Tuesday, May 17 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the gymnasium of Suffolk Community College Sayville Center, located at 30 Greene Avenue.

Two board of education trustees are running uncontested for reelection to three-year terms: Norman DeVenau and Maureen Dolan.

Taxpayers will decide on the budget for the Sayville Library as well. The library’s proposed 2016-2017 budget is $3,757,346. The tax increase per $100 of assessed value would be $1.2197.

Incumbent Debra Mitchell, the library board’s secretary, is running for another five-year term unopposed.

Library Director Alice Lepore said she is pleased that the rate for taxpayers has been kept low, noting it was made possible by a reduction in employer cost for the NYS Retirement System. “The tax cap, which was under 1 percent, continues to be a challenge to this process, but we have been able to stay under the cap this year,” said Lepore.

“We continue to offer traditional library services and classes of interest to our residents,” said Lepore. “Computer and fitness workshops are popular, as are train and bus trips. One hundred visitors joined us for each of our winter Sunday concerts. Some new services are made possible by donations from the Friends of Sayville Library, such as free museum passes, discounted tickets to local venues and a raffle for free tickets to a June 18 Long Island Ducks game.”

Lepore added that the Summer Reading Club for all ages would be held soon and would feature prizes provided by the Friends. Signup for the clubs will be held on Friday, June 17 during the Family Carnival that will be held at the back of the library, weather permitting, between 4 and 6 p.m.

“The Board of Trustees, administration and staff thank the district residents for the continued support of their library, where our community connects!” Lepore said.

The Sayville Historical Society has a line on the budget as well. The allotment is $56,941. The estimated tax increase per $100 of assessed value on a home is $0.018.

Linda Conron is the administrator of the historical society. She said some of the funding from the budget is used to maintain the society’s buildings and pay insurance. Other money is raised by donations and grants. Part of the funding also goes to providing a scholarship to a graduating Sayville student, and of course, running programs and exhibits.

“Last year was a good one because we were able to have the Civil War exhibit,” said Conron. “We never did one that big on a national event,” she added.

This summer, the society will feature an exhibit on the Dutch influence in West Sayville.  Conron said Dutch immigration to the area isn’t well-known. “We’re looking forward to that exhibit this summer.”

Conron said the money received through the school budget has been important. “It’s allowed us to do a much better job of preserving the history of the area. We are grateful for the taxpayers’ support.”

Continue to see a downward bias as the year progresses

Research Team at BNZ, suggests that the weaker fundamentals for the AUD have helped drive the NZD down over the past couple of weeks.

Key Quotes

“A mild recovery in the USD after being hammered through March-April has been an additional factor in driving NZD/USD down 3 cents off its recent high around 0.7055.

We continue to see a downward bias for the NZD as the year progresses, helped by further RBA and RBNZ easing, in a world where other central banks have approached their limits for further policy easing. Another US Fed rate hike is expected to come into play later in the year, adding to a downward NZD/USD bias.”

how to get free money on sims 3 ambitions

The Sims is a famous strategic life-simulation computer game developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. It was created by game designer Will Wright, also known for developing SimCity. You know The Sims 3 and the story of The Sims in general–a series of games that lets you control the lives, loves, and potty breaks of little computer people who live in little computer houses and go to little computer jobs every day. While your sims’ jobs typically take them out of play for several in-game hours, the upcoming Ambitions expansion actually adds several new careers that you can play through all day long, plus new career-related gameplay features that add a lot more variety and choice to the daily grind. We got our hands on an early version of the game to try out and have much to report.

Ambitions’ new features run through the entire base game of The Sims 3, including new traits that play into the new career. For example, “eccentric” makes your sims handier inventors and “perceptive” makes your sims better at sniffing out clues when working as private investigators. The expansion also adds an entirely new (and huge) neighborhood called Twinbrook, a backwater bayou town with plenty of amenities in the center of the city. And, perhaps in keeping with some of the new professions, like ghost hunter and PI, the town has lots of weird, backwoods swamps on the outskirts.

While we’ve covered the other professions in some detail, we haven’t focused in on the ghost hunter or the inventor until now. The ghost hunter profession benefits greatly from logic skill (to work the experimental Ghostbusters-like contraptions that capture loose spirits), so it helps to pick logic-based traits like “genius” and “computer whiz” to aid your performance.

Like with all of Ambitions’ professions, you can sign up for the career path straightaway by picking up the nearest newspaper (and using the “find a profession” option rather than the “find a job” option), which will immediately get free money on your career path. Better still, even though professions do have set work hours each day, they don’t always require you to start an hour beforehand by jumping into that pesky carpool car. Instead, you’ll get an onscreen pop-up alert that lets you know it’s time for work, and you can get free money on your own time. Early on in your career path, you can actually take your time, but as you gradually get free money on sims 3 ambitions, your job will become more time consuming and you’ll be better off if you hurry to your job.

As you might expect, bustin’ ghosts requires you to work odd hours (you’ll start off at about 5:00 p.m. in game time and work until the wee hours of the morning). The meat and potatoes of the profession are “spirit collecting” jobs that require you to don your ectoplasm-stained jumpsuit, hop into a cab, and travel across town to an infested house. Once you arrive, you’ll be given an onscreen meter that keeps track of how many loose ghosts are on the premises, and you must head into the building to capture them, which you can do simply by clicking on a ghost to interact and choosing the “capture” option.

Image 1
Ghosts appear as glowing blobs of varying colors and have different ages (such as young or old) and different temperaments (lower-level ghosts are “kind” or “nice,” while higher-level ghosts will put up much more of a fight). They also have a monetary value attached to capturing them. Once you’ve sucked up every specter, you’ll receive a cash bounty for clearing out the property and have the spirits in your inventory, which you can then donate to science. Interestingly, while you’d figure that working the graveyard shift as a ghost hunter would be a lonely and isolating job that cuts deeply into your sim’s need to socialize, it turns out that several of the jobs you’ll take will actually be in the inhabited homes of other sims across town. You can interact before and after you’ve taken care of their ghost problem, so you can still make friends, chat, and get to know their traits. However, these other sims won’t feel like talking when there’s a ghost within sight range–they’ll be too busy running in terror.

On the other hand, if you decide to take a more hands-off profession, you might try the inventor career, which benefits greatly from both the logic and handiness skills. This profession is a much less social gig that requires your sim to make frequent trips to the local junkyard to hunt down piles of scrap from the trash heaps. You must then invest in a pricey workbench for your home and then spend hours hammering away until you can invent something useful. You might start with less-than-useful tchotchkes like a dipping llama (similar to the dipping bird…but with a llama) and move on up to more-powerful stuff like a tunnel that goes directly to the beach or the ever-popular time machine.

In all cases, you have different choices for advancing in your profession (rather than simply performing one and only one task). While there are jobs that are directly related to your gig that contribute to your advancement (which is measured in a meter in your profession tab), you can also perform other tasks that will advance your profession level and earn you extra cash. For example, there’s a riddle contest downtown that tests your logic skill as a ghost hunter and earns you a nice chunk of change for your trouble. All professions have built-in get free money on sims 3 ambitions that will let you pursue them full time and keep your sims supplied with all the delivered pizza they want.

Image 2
Ambitions’ profession system is a much more flexible, much more open-ended and lenient way for your sims to earn some extra scratch. Each one has clearly been designed to be self-contained enterprises that ensure your sims can meet their basic needs of health, wealth, and social interaction without having to constantly come to a jarring stop to take that urgent bathroom break. Ambitions is scheduled for release on June 1.
